There is a fail though After choosing language and accepting the license, Look at the registration button:

also, it was not just fx's, prizm test mode has the same thing

Indeed. It's good they decreased the number of "I Agree" and "Next" clicks required to reach the final screen. The fact that you should click some checkboxes before reaching to the download links is a bit annoying though.

By the way let's wait and see when they'll fix the button (if ever).

My browser reveals the filename of that picture in the context menu. It is "btn_new_redistration.jpg". There's your typo...
