Who has got a Lego Mindstorms roboter? What do you know about it? Are there any tricks or have you made interesting things with it?
Please let me know.

I don't have one, but it looks cool :)

I do have an arduino though.

Is the programmable brick a microcontroller of some sort?

It's a programmable lego brick with inputs for light / color / ultrasonic / touch / temperature sensors and outputs for motors and a display.
You can build printers, human-like robots, color sorters etc.

Cool. Is it advanced enough to do a 3D printer?

I created a shooterbot: It drives around in your room and shoots anything moving :D.

Thanks for posting the extremely nerdy stuff  If I had more money, I would certainly buy it. If I had this in childhood, I was some ultra-mega-geek or something by now :)

By the way, I'm still in shock known it has a dual-core brick!

What do you use for printing? Does it have a dedicated part for making a printer?

So you're actually making a plotter? Then you can even connect it to your calculator, sounds like another great calc project. :)

Wow, great idea!
But I don't have got an idea how to connect the calc with bluetooth to the NXT (USB and a serial cable would be available, too) :(

Hi, I have an NXT 2.0, did you know you could program it in C as well as install custom firmware to enhance functionality.
