i can't understand how political of casio works?

1-  i bought Casio CP400 & can't access to ClassPad Manager Subscription for ClassPad II ..it's not free for cp owner's!

2- casio picture conversion engine software... where is it? also it's not free!!!!????

I went looking around and found a CASIO help page with the password and product key just inconspicuously put there. https://casiosupport...se-Key-Password

same website as before, or use the one listed on the help page: https://edu.casio.co...ivate/form.html (it's a different page with a different design but largely the same content?)
