On my Casio cg50 I can’t get the exact polar curve eg, 4cos(2theta), it draws dots and cant do it exactly. Is there a way I can get the curve exactly?

When in graph menu, press F4 (TOOL), then F1 (STYLE) and select on the next screen styles of lines or dots. The selected style is shown on the right side  just next to the equation in the square brackets.
