I have an fx-991es i want to know how can I subtract a constant value from a table which i enter is there any way ?

Do you mean table based on expression or stat table?

In case of table based on expression just modify the expression by adding "-3" (your new function will look as f(x)-3) and generate the table again

In case stat table, there is no way how to achieve this task besides of compute it manually.

You need calculators with the spreadsheet, like fx-991ex classwiz, which is very cheap (national versions exist also, like iberia, latin america, german, french, eastern europe, arabian, chinese, japanese).
