directly compute 660/880=0,75 or 75% or use solver: 880 × x = 660

At first you should understand what is about %.

The percentage is one of expressions about ratio of 2 numbers.

To get ratio of x and y, calculate x / y. then you get  fraction.

When you want to express the ratio in the other way using %, (x/y) times 100 is percentage.

This is principle.

Now you know x = 660 and y = 880, then follow the principle.

The ratio is 660/880 = 0.75

ratio 0.75 in percentage is 75%.

Do not just remember how to calculate, remember its principle. So it's going to more hard to forget.

If you like this way of thinking you it will give you better chance to learn more easily.
