also there are a few fixes in the shapes catagory, they now allow you to specify a point on the screen by taping or by manually entering the point.
fixed a bug in storing pictures.
the shift filter will now work properly.
is there anything else anyone would like to see in the next version?

New features list:
- Added Shape: Circle
- Fixed Filter: Shift - lets you move a selection from one place to another
- Slight increase in pen speed
- AUTO RECOVERY: if CasPaint crashes for any reason (or if you break it) CasPaint will ask you if you want to recover the picture you were working on, compleat with layer formatting and everything. rarely the data will have been corupted and it will not be recoverable (and CasPaint will crash) and you will lose you data, future versions will have a scandisc function to eliminate this problem.
- Every Shape can be placed by pen or x,y coordinates
- circles have an option to be filled or not
- PSD's are fully functional and optimised
- A new title screen to demonstrate the new features
Future Ideas: (90% sure all will work)
-sprite maker ([Evil Grin]you will have to wait and see this one[/Evil Grin])
-Cut/Copy/Paste (as soon as I perfect CGF)
-wind blur filter
-Font Files
-Animations
-smart erase (hmm...)
- mirror filter (flips image)

I rigged a counter to it so that I can see how many people want it without distributing it manually
I think that it would be good that before the download, the user should fill a download request (optionally, with user's e-mail etc...) to know some of the new users of your program, but maybe it will be useless because the majority of this users will be UCN members.

Yes, tried to name it LAYER etc., but it only worked once. Afterwards I always got the errormessage.your probably naming it incorrectly, you cant use any ClassPad reserved words or any used by CasPaint, try putting a L in front of the name (8 letters only). the only case where that would cause an error will be "Ln".
if that doesnt work tell me and i'll check the code (also make sure you have the latest version: 3.4 Pro)
(i have the newest version)

also make sure you have caspaint in its own folder (CasPaint), if you have it anywhere else there is no telling what might happen.
if that doesnt work try going into the variable manager and deleating any non program variables in the CasPaint folder (except "caspaint", "firstrun", and "Help"), they should all be safely deleatable.

also, I know that the next update of CasPaint (ASAP) will be compleatly stdlib reliant (right now only the Sprite Maker requires it), I'll be using the stdlib functions to eliminate the remaining bugs as well as the problem some people have been having with CasPaint being in the wrong folder.
