i have my year 11 exams coming up next week=/, can any of you guys suggest some good programs for a casio 9850GB Plus? Im studying introductory calculus (need programs particularly related to integration, logarithms, differentiation, quadratics), physics and chemistry. Thanks guys;) just post some links or email some programs to illustrate AT arach.net.au. If any of you guys have msn add me prospx AT hotmail.com or icq 79502060. Thx in advance:)

this forum is turning out to be a battlefield. By the way, does any city have more members than Perth (3)? This is unrelated but what would you say as the most popular maths program ever made (Trisolv?)

Perth power! hmmm, Trisolve is very popular in my G+T class, as we all use it. However, if i want a even more useful program i make it myself, so that i can tailor to my needs.

Andy, you like using that phrase. Well, at least you agree with me. As i was saying, i need G+T programs so i specialise in math programs, whereas you make mainly electronic progs. Our progs are the most useful to ourselves

This may be a bit late, but I did make a program myself several years ago when I was still in highschool. It did not do a lot of calc, but I did have all the intergration formulas programmed in that could be displayed on a single screen (VERY helpful for my AP tests). It is hosted at http://casio-programs-avenue.com/ under Educational. It is a very large program, but they misrepresented the size on that site. It claims to be 15000 bytes, but I know I had it smaller than that.
You should check it out and let me know what you think, it does a LOT of algebra stuff and the notes are kinda nice as well. If anyone decides to test it for me, let me know if you find any bugs and I will correct them.

Give me an idea and a little time and I will :D Really I haven't done anything new in a while because I haven't had a math class in a while. But I'm confident I can have a calc do nearly anything algebra related, I just don't know what else would be really useful to a lot of people (that is why Mathsolv turned out to be so large!)
Seriously though, if anyone can come up with something they might need, I'll give it a shot. For a while I was working on an advanced Periodic table program that would give electron configurations and other valuable information, all on the graph screen, but then I found out someone on this forum had already completed a program like that and it was getting rave reviews, so I stopped production. Any other ideas out there?

I'll need to dig out my calculus notes and books, but I can give it a try. Calc is just an extremely complicated version of algebra anyway (yes, I know I'm over simplifying it, I'm doing it on purpose!)

Give me a few days to see what ideas I can come up with.

lol, that's why i suggested it. I knew you were seeking a prog. Though knowing how to do it without a prog is essential still, as Casto's prog may not be accurate...........lol,kidding.
