I want to calculate y=sin(x^2+1) from my Casio fx -991MS. but I couldn't , I searched so many time on the internet and that is explained without trigonometric problems. please give me a solution.

What do you want to do? What problems are you facing? Explains your problems clearly.

 

If you are intending to get 2 x cos(x^2+1) , you can't, because Casio 991MS doesn't support symbolic manipulation. You need a better calculator.

 

However, it can calculate the derivative numerically.

 

For example, enter (remember to use radian mode!)

 

d/dx(2 × X × cos (x²+1), 5)

 

will calculate the derivative of the function at

 

x=5

I want to calculate derivative trigometric functions,

ex y=tan5x

is it possible to perform this type of calculation using casio fx-991ms?.

Let me say again:

 

For that example y(x) = tan(5 x) ,

 

You cannot get y'(x) = 5 sec² (5x). (evaluate symbolically)

You can get that y'(5) = 5.08914..., y'(6) = 210.1413387..., etc. (evaluate numerically at some points)
