Hello,

I discover the fx 991 wiz, it is cool since it has a sort of excel. However, no graphical plots (y1, y2,...) and the screen is much too small.

Which calculator would you recommend with "excel" + graphical plots (y1, y2,...)  + big screen + good/perfs ratio?

(The Fx-9860Gii is not available in Germany/Austria :(  Ordering over amazon is too much expensive.)

thank you in advance

How much money do you want to spend? There is one model only if we stay with casio and non-cas calc - casio fx-cg50

You can try the official emulator, it is free for 90 days

the design of casio fx-cg50 looks nice. but no spreadsheet available :(

Voyage is nice, but probably banned on all exams. You do not need paypal to use ebay (Depends on the seller). I'm not sure if you have thrift stores in germany, but I  have found several graphing calculators at them, here in the states. What about the fx-9750gii? It is the fx-9860gii without addin support.

how do you know there is no spreadsheet on fx-cg50? Of course, the spreadsheet is on the board.

Casio produces 2 models with CAS - cp 400 and cp500.

Another calcs with CAS are TI-Nspire CX CAS or HP Prime, HP-50g, but they are banned during exams.

Without CAS, e.g. Ti-84+ CE-T.

so it seems that fx-cg50 is the best way to go... might be better accepted for exams?

Before buying fx-cg50, try the emulator, especially the spreadsheet to ensure it meets your requirements :-)

We can recall the old ti-83+ line. A custom spreadsheet-like flash application called CellSheet is almost as functional as in CASIO and is well integrated into the calculator OS.
