I have a Casio fx-CG50 AU.
 
I have used it for the past year and it has worked incredibly well. The batteries have run out before, but I have replaced them and all worked well. Recently, the batteries died again. I have replaced the batteries and now my calculator is stuck on the select language screen. 
 
 
No buttons work, the only thing I can do is press the reset button on the back. Very annoying. Need fixxed ASAP!

Very strange. Even India or Zimbabwe supply excellent quality products for my region. The problem is that in our country, the whole family and the general manager are usually killed if we receive low-quality goods. Maybe that`s the reason I`ve never encountered your problems. And my smartphone from India works much better than the iPhone from China.
