on my casio fx-5800P. I need, when I do AxA, A² like result. Non the number but the letter.

Symbolic calculations are impossible with this calculator. You need calculator with CAS - e.g. fx-9750 GIII, fx-9760 GIII with KhiCAS, fx-cg50 with KhiCAS or ClassPad.
