cool, thats fine with me... i just found out that I'm taking on the FCC so it made me check my stats a few times ;) (plus I'm used to using about 5mb for one of my sites, it just makes me nervous  )

I literally keep thinking that I have 100mb of space, not 1000... :hammer:

I think I figgured out a better way to install the scripts, when you request a script like phpNuke from now on I'll first ask you to move your main site down one level (ex: earthforge/yoursite/ to eathforge/yoursite/main/) and i'll make your subdomain point to that instead, this will only be done if you want such a script and a regular site.

Not this good ...

-Expensive setup fee
-No subdomains
-No SQL / PHP (didn't find it)
-Control panel didn't even start!
-Flash running must be a joke! it is client side! Flash runs on EVERY host. they advertise things that is normal. its like
you advertise a car with: "an exclusive feature are the back lights"

Stick with your host! it seems stable, fast and reliable

ok, you got me there. I'm not up to dated. I refered to the normal flash MX (was it 6.0).
Why is it server side? What makes it better?

Anyways i guess it is not available for <{GNULINUX}> so i'm not really interrested.

This is awsome, I'm sure everyone will be grateful. I'm looking for host which meets so many constraints, its getting difficult: access at school, no file limit, FTP and a decent URL. I'll be a guinea pig, :) could I try: http://dragonix.earthforge.com/ Everything is in the link page.

if you signup through that link I earn $65.00 ! (it used to be the setup fee but I can't find it anymore on their website)

btw the demo control panel does work.

in the cheap offer (basic / <{GNULINUX}>). Maybe only for more expensive versions.

I know I've asked some of you individually, but does anyone want a e-mail address or redirect? I can give name AT earthforge.com or name AT site.earthforge.com. if you want an actuall account then I can give 5mb per person unless you need more, if you just want a redirect then you get what ever your service provides.

I've typed in:

ftp://ftp.earthforge.com/
ftp://earthforge.com/
ftp.earthforge.com/
ftp://dragonix.earthforge.com/
ftp://ftp.dragonix.earthforge.com/
ftp.dragonix.earthforge.com/

All of them stall a long time, goto the windows FTP folder, little my webs pic on a network for icon and a message pops up saying windows can't open the folder as it has timed out. With smart FTP I tried a few variations as well and it says 'the host did not respond'. Suggestion: Fill up or remove the last row of smilies.
