Hi,

I heard that it is possible to create custom programs in C with casio SDK, but is it only for 9860 G/GII?

Can 9750gii or 7400gii users be compatible?

But all of those 1st and 2nd generation calculators have same microprocessor called SHA renesas 3?

However, casio restricted some features on 7400GII?

Because I looked on the manual of the SDK and it said:

1. Before you begin

1) This SDK (Software Development Kit) is a tool to make Add-In application. It applies to CASIO Graphing Calculator series (fx-9860G / fx-9860G SD / GRAPH 85 / GRAPH 85 SD / As of December, 2006) only. No other models are supported.

However this manual was the old one, but I think it's the same deal?

Only 9860/French 85 are supported?

Thank you,

Noblette

I recommend fxSDK, it supports the fx-9750GII and possibly the fx-7400GII if it has OS 2.xx. I used GiteaPC to install fxSDK and it made the whole installation process very simple. Instructions on installing fxSDK can be found on the GiteaPC page. One huge plus is that the user who created fxSDK is an admin of planet-casio.com and is extremely helpful and friendly. The site is in French, but they don't mind English being posted and they'll respond in English.
